Fatemeh Rafiei
As a lifelong educator, school principal, and certified Early Childhood Educator in Canada, I noticed a repeating pattern: children were academically capable, yet struggled with confidence, emotional regulation, and resilience.
These weren't academic gaps—they were essential life skills missing the attention they deserved. That realization inspired me to create Alfa Mind.
Here, children are supported not just in what they learn, but in who they become. Through mindful guidance and meaningful experiences, my mission is to help every child develop the emotional intelligence and inner strength to thrive.
I believe every child has limitless potential. When they feel truly seen, heard, and understood, they unlock the best version of themselves. That belief drives everything we do.
